Rules And Regulations

1. Practice/playing at home on the abacus, should be done daily for at least 15 minutes for optimal achievement. All assignments and homework must be signed off by parents in the homework book before send for checking/feedback. Practice videos must be sent to get feedback on it.
2. Students will learn online so the student should be well disciplined and behave properly in online classes. The parents of the student are responsible for any kind of misbehavior caused by their child. Student must not do any activity during class that brings other kids attention. This will not be acceptable and student will be removed from the session immediately.
3. The students have to attend all classes. In case of any emergency, a single leave is allowed. Any missed classes of students in case of leave will not be taken in personal. every month, 1 special session will be taken on any Saturday morning(as per the convenience of tutor) for 1 hour on complementary basis. Those students who were on leave in any session in the previous weeks can attend that complementary session. Some revisions will be carried out so they can learn for their missed session. If student miss the complementary session, no excuses will be taken in grant.
4. The student, who fails to attend two sessions continuously, will be construed as having discontinued the course. No refund of any fees will be made to such students. A student will however be readmitted if the student wishes to join again but will be enrolled in other batch depends upon the conditions. GMAE has the rights to give options based on situations.
5. The student will write an exam after completion of each level. The student should score at least 70% to pass the level. The promoted student will be provided with a soft copy of the Certificate. Hard copy of the certificates will be sent to the students who will finish the all 4 levels of abacus. These certificates will be sent only after the completion of all 4 levels.
6. Students who plan for a long vacation and will be absent in the class have to join complementary class on Saturday with ref to point no 3 above. They have to pay regular monthly/quarterly fees.
7. The fees for the kits and the monthly/quarterly fees will not be refunded even if student discontinue for any reason.
8. Any study material or equipment that needs to be replaced due to loss or damage will have to be replaced at the cost of the parent.
9. The Instructor of GMAE have the authority to cancel any class provided, an alternative arrangement is made to compensate.
10. GMAE has the right to make any changes in the course structure due to administrative/strategic reasons.
11. GMAE has the right to put small video of kids and video of class activity in their whats app status or social media as a part of advertising and promotions.
12. There is only X mas vacation for 2 weeks and the fees for that month will be adjusted accordingly. There is no other vacation except X’mas.
13. In case of any medical emergency of the student, GMAE will try to co-operate based on the situations and it is expected vice versa.
